In this role, you'll provide test engineering team leadership to meet product line revenue, profit and product delivery objectives and ensure customer and employee satisfaction. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Manage support for the product line’s custom and catalog devices ensuring project schedules are met and quality and reliability targets achieved.
  • Develop and drive TI technology for design verification, design for test, failure analysis and qualification.
  • Bridge the gap between functional teams, implement design for test techniques to reduce test cost and improve design verification, failure analysis capability in the product.
  • Provide fast identification of problems and implementation of solutions to minimize impact.
  • Present effective updates to internal TI management and customers.
  • Analyze/interpret data and use the data to improve products/processes.
  • Active involvement in improvement teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience that includes a proven history of technical accomplishment, leadership, planning, coordinating, and executing on multiple projects simultaneously for all silicon test activities.

Experience leading new product development teams or supervising product or test or design teams is needed. Knowledge of the Consumer Space and business while working with demanding customers and adhering to the highest standards in quality and reliability is preferred.

Good communication skills and a disciplined approach to problem solving are needed. This manager must be able to make prompt intelligent decisions based on business priorities. The ability to multi-task on multiple projects at the same time is a must. This manager must also be able to lead, motivate and manage achieving results through others.

Telephony/Mobile Software Engineer

Positions: Telephony/Mobile Software Engineer -Embedded Linux experience required (Some Tech Lead Positions)

Staff or Contract Positions...BUT No Third Parties

Location: Portland Oregon for a few months..then West Coast USA locations. Relocation Assistance is provided

Salary: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 depends on experience and bonus

Lead Architect needed in Silicon Valley

Location: San Jose, CA, relocation assistance is available

Our client needs a Lead Mobile Software Architect to lead a team of engineers and be hands on in the development process. The Architect will be responsible for coding client applications for java based smart phones 50% of the time.


·      J2ME, Java, Android and RIM (Blackberry) experience is preferred
·      Candidates with limited Java experience will be considered if they are mobile savvy (experience with BREW and/or Iphone but only some Java)

  • You will work with integration of GStreamer and PulseAudio cross-platform, plugins and codecs with the MeeGo Linux platform and underlying hardware. 
  • You will enable mobile multimedia applications to leverage GStreamer and PulseAudio cross-platforms. These applications can range from media players to Mobile TV. 
  • This role requires good communication skills and frequent interaction with geographically spread teams (China and USA).
